This course is for participants who wish to upgrade their current licence to a LR. This training course includes training and competency-based assessment based on RTA standards.

Pre-requisites

If you want to join our LR truck licence training, you must hold a current NSW drivers licence, be competent using a manual transmission, complete the RTA light rigid knowledge test and obtain a Competency Based Assessment (CBA) learners logbook and guidebook. You will also have to read and understand the CBA guidebook prior to commencing the course.

Assessment

Our instructors are all RMS accredited and will train and assess participants based on RMS competency standards. When the required competencies are met, the RMS will issue the applicable licence.
